I joined ServiceNow as an Art Director in the award winning Thought Leadership department: Workflow by ServiceNow. Our primary focus was to produce forward thinking editorial content to demonstrate the visionary leadership of the executives and talent in the ogranization. My responsibilities included:

  • Lead the strategic realignment of ServiceNow's visual brand language for Thought Leadership, enhancing customer engagement through consistent and captivating storytelling.

  • Spearheaded the evolution of the award-winning Workflow online editorial, driving brand relevance and leadership through quarterly special reports and interactive experiences.

  • Direct cross-functional teams to craft visually stunning digital content using the Vev platform, boosting user engagement and brand visibility.
