As a cloud-independent solution, Talend helps organizations seamlessly work across any cloud provider or with on-premises data.

At Talend, I joined as the sole designer outside of the product team in a company of 1,500. Within a year, I was promoted to Creative Director and tasked with leading the design efforts for a newly established department, Content and Creative Services. Over the following year, I scaled the team from 5 to 13 and helped drive strategic growth for the company.

Under my leadership, my team and I transformed the brand and developed a high-performing marketing engine. We directly supported revenue generation through integrated brand and marketing campaigns, enhanced brand visibility, and optimized the design process to improve operational efficiency. By creating a centralized department, we ensured consistency and quality across all high-value internal and external communications.

In addition, we elevated the production of corporate events, raising the standard for visuals and coordination. These efforts resulted in higher engagement, improved satisfaction, and increased conversion rates for Talend's events.

Our rebranding and repositioning efforts played a pivotal role in the company’s successful acquisition by Thoma Bravo for $2.4 billion. This outcome was largely attributed to the strength of the brand transformation. The talented design and messaging team I had the privilege to lead delivered exceptional work throughout, making this a remarkable period of growth for both the company and the individuals involved.
